With two locations in West Michigan (Kentwood and Eastown) and over 60 large group classes per week, we are pumped to bring you a fun, safe workout in a dynamic atmosphere. Classes are like no other you will ever experience. We take out the ordinary and throw in the best cross-training workouts possible. No more boring, no more plateaus. We know you will love our group training sessions, whether you need to amp up your routine or start fresh. Let’s get started!

Bootcamp

If you love a challenge, being outdoors and camaraderie and friendly competition in your daily workouts, then bootcamp is for you!

While bootcamp may sound pretty intense, we cater classes to ALL fitness levels. We have some of the best, most energetic and experienced trainers in town who are pumped to workout with you, yes – you! Our Bootcamps run during the summer and early fall months.

Bootcamp »

While Bootcamp may sound pretty intense, we do cater classes to ALL fitness levels. We have some of the best, most energetic and most experienced trainers in town…and they’re all pumped to work out with you! Our outdoor bootcamp classes includes intervals of cardio and strength to maximize calorie burn and fat loss. No workout is the same and classes do progress each week. Trainers provide modifications and challenges for each drill so this is a great workout for every fitness level.
