Directions for smoothies: use frozen fruit or ice to make cold, blend to desired consistency and add more liquid if needed.

1 cup lemonade
1⁄2 cup blueberries 1⁄2 cup apple sauce 1 large banana

1⁄2 cup of yogurt (I use vanilla greek)
1 large banana
1 TBSP of peanut butter
1 tsp of cocoa powder ( ovaltine or nesquick also works) 1 cup of ice

Ruby Red

1 cup cranberry or orange juice
1⁄2 cup of frozen cherries
1⁄2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries 1⁄2 of a banana
1 tsp of honey

Mean Green

1 banana
1⁄2 cup of applesauce
1 cup of strawberries
1⁄2 packed cup of fresh spinach (or) 1⁄4 cup frozen 1 tsp of honey
Banana Split
1⁄2 cup milk

1⁄2 cup yogurt
1⁄2 cup strawberries
1⁄4 cup of pineapple (fresh, canned or frozen)* 1⁄2 of a banana
1 TBSP cocoa powder

1⁄2 cup oranges (fresh peeled or canned)* 1⁄2 cup pineapple (fresh canned or frozen) 1⁄2 cup of orange juice or coconut milk
