Welcome to Bootcamp!
We are excited to work with you with our favorite circuit-based workout, whether indoors at our Eastown studio or with Outdoor Classes throughout greater Grand Rapids. Bootcamp is intense but we cater to all fitness levels. Will you sweat? Absolutely! Push-ups, dive bombers, partner sprints and walking lunges to name just a few of our favorite exercises. Will you see results? Guaranteed! Plus, you’ll laugh, meet new friends and walk away with the most effective workout in town!

Current camps are appropriate for all fitness levels – beginner to advanced. Perfect for the exerciser who likes a friendly competition and needs a kick in the butt!
Bootcamp is available all year round at the studio and are included with any Urban Class Pass. Outdoor classes are also offered at various Grand Rapids parks during the spring, summer and fall months.
