Pilates:

Pilates-inspired classes that use fun props and body weight to create leaner, toner bodies.  This class is low-impact and perfect for the exerciser who wants to shape the midsection without all the sweat!

Boxing:

Cardio boxing classes that get your heart race racing and create a mean, lean fighting machine.  Class is taught in a circuit format and no, no sparring in these classes…we just punch out some big calories! For more information on how to get started, click here.

TRX:

Make your body a machine with the TRX.  Suspension training will increase your definition, strength and core stability.  Perfect for the beginner who wants to get ripped NOW or the elite athlete who wants to improve overall performance.

Brazilian B.L.T.

The focus of this class is on the B.L.T.- butt, legs & thighs! Capoeira, clams and plie´ squats (just to name a few) will help you to define, tone and strengthen your whole lower half! Feel the burn throughout this workout and fall in love with the results!

Happy Hour:

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere…well, 5:30 here and it’s time for Happy Hour! But, this isn’t your average Happy Hour celebration! Mix and mingle with fellow classmates and get ready to BURN some serious calories! Happy Hour is a circuit-based workout in a fun, relaxed atmosphere that will relieve you of any undue stress that the week has caused you. Circuits include intervals of strength and cardio to maximize your results. Each station will cater to ALL fitness levels and thrive on variety and total body conditioning!

P90X Sampler:

Experience some of the best that the P90X program has to offer in this sampler class. We will focus on upper body strength in the chest & back section, functional strength in the leg section, your inner-athlete in the plyometric section and of course chiseling your abs with the Ab Ripper workout! You will leave class feeling stronger, faster, more agile and ready to take on the rest of the day! Please note, we offer modifications to all moves and ALL fitness levels are welcome!

R.I.P.P.E.D.
Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective!

Turbo-Kick:
Punch, jab and kick your way to one of the most intense and calorie-shredding workouts created.  This class is pre-choreographed and requires no equipment.  You can expect to burn up to almost 800 calories per hour and the time goes by so fast you won’t even realize how hard you worked!  Great class for someone who loves intensity, choreography and a sweat challenge!

Weekend Warrior Bootcamp:
It’s time to get your weekend on! Join us for a fun circuit-based class for all you “weekend warriors”. Each class we’ll be bringing something different, so we ask that you be ready to bring it too! Class includes intervals of strength and cardio to maximize your results! Each station will cater to ALL fitness levels and thrive on variety and total body conditioning!

Indoor Bootcamp: 

Our signature program at Allegro!  Classes include intervals of cardio and strength to maximize calorie burn, include partner drills, team relays and upbeat energy.  No workout is the same and is great for the exerciser who likes a friendly competition and needs a kick in the butt!
