Our large group classes are the BEST in town and we offer not just a ton of variety, but maximum results!  We encourage you to take not just one, but multiple classes to achieve your fitness results.

Classes can fit up to 24 participants but also require a minimum of 3 people per class to run.  If there are not enough registered participants to hold class, those that are signed up will be notified 45-60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

A-Fit

Come ready for a great heart pumping workout! This class draws inspiration from multiple training methods to deliver a high intensity interval/circuit workout designed to confuse the muscles into developing a stronger, toned, fit physique….Allegro style! Class format changes often to keep your muscles and mind sharp!

BODYCOMBAT™

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering group fitness cardio workout from Les Mills where you are totally unleashed! This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.  During this ultimate warrior workout, you’ll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Great bodies aren’t born, they are transformed, using the proven BODYPUMP™ formula: THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Boxing

Train like a fighter without the fight. Our fitness boxing classes will get your heart race racing and help turn you into a lean, mean fighting machine.  Class is taught in a circuit format and there is no sparring in these classes…we just knock out some big calories!  *A beginner boxing class is required before entering our regularly scheduled boxing classes.  Please see our online schedule for beginner boxing classes.  Gloves and wraps are required for this class.

Cardio Dance Fit

This fun-filled, dance inspired cardio workout format is a high energy fitness class that will elevate your heart rate and your mood!
Easy to follow moves performed to latin & popular music makes this class excellent for every level of exerciser.

Cardio Step

Cardio Step is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music! Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Circuit Boxing

Heavy bag, focus mitt, speed bag, kick pad and cardio and strength conditioning work are all part of this great boxing class! Mix it up by focusing you efforts on different targets and see your technique, skill and strength soar!

Circuit Training

Get ready to sweat it out with intense intervals of strength and cardio moves to maximize your results!  Each circuit training class is designed to bring something different, so we ask that you be ready to bring it too!  Each station will cater to ALL fitness levels and thrive on variety, as well as total body conditioning.

Eastown Dance

This class is a blast and has the vibe of Eastown! A set warm-up followed by low-impact strength training and fun choreography. This class will stimulate your mind, challenge your body, and propel your endurance.

Cardio, flexibility, strength and regeneration. All levels welcome!

Glow & Flow Yoga

Glow and Flow is a powerful Vinyasa class that builds an internal fire to help you stretch deeper.  This class is set to upbeat music and will take you through a variety of traditional and more athletic-based poses.  Use the beat and your breath to take you through to the end where you will relax into some deeper holds and then bliss-out in Savasana.  All skill levels welcome.

Happy Hour

It’s 5:30 PM on Friday and it’s time for Happy Hour!  But, this isn’t your average Happy Hour celebration!  Mix and mingle with fellow classmates and get ready to BURN some serious calories! Happy Hour is a circuit-based workout in a fun, relaxed atmosphere that will relieve you of any undue stress that the week has caused you.  Class includes intervals of strength and cardio to maximize your results.

Intro to Boxing

This class is a pre-requisite for our regular Boxing class.

Join one of our certified instructors for 45 minutes of introduction technique.  Technique work includes the jab, cross, hook, upper-cut, foot work and stance.

The purchase of hand wraps is required for this class.  These are available at the studio for $10 (120″ wraps) & $12 (180″ wraps).  Gloves may be borrowed for the first class, but you must purchase your own gloves after the first class. 

Pilates

Enjoy Allegro’s contemporary approach to Pilates in this 45-minute core class.  This class uses fun props and body weight to create long and lean muscles and toned bodies.  Pilates is low-impact and perfect for the exerciser who wants to shape the midsection without all the sweat!

R.I.P.P.E.D.

Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and *Diet components to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective! * Diet components are accessible through www.rippedplanet.com.

Rip & Ride

This 55-minute class combines the awesome cardio benefits of Spin with strength! Classes may be run in an interval format or class may be a 35-40 minute ride followed by strength training and core! No matter how we slice it, you’re sure to enjoy what we’ll be serving up!

Spinning®

These 45-minute indoor cycling classes are designed with a heart rate objective. You will enjoy max caloric burn as you climb, sprint, race and spin your way to a stronger body and heart! We strongly encourage you to use a heart rate monitor to gauge your intensity. As a class participant, you will experience the following heart rate Energy Zone™ rides: recovery, endurance, strength, interval and race day.

Strength

Strength training is the key to building muscle and losing fat – a balanced, low impact approach to resistance training, we use light to moderate hand weights at higher repetition for a total body workout.  Instructors pay close attention to form and function by alternating combinations of reps, sets, exercises, resistance and force to achieve muscle fatigue.  This class is suitable for all skill levels.  Personal training form session is recommended to get the most out of strength training.

TRX

Make your body a machine with the TRX.  Suspension training will increase your definition, strength and core stability.  Perfect for the beginner who wants to get ripped NOW or the elite athlete who wants to improve overall performance.  Enjoy TRX fused with some of our other top formats for the ultimate work out.
