Allegro Coaching has played an integral part in taking our Corporate Wellness Program to a higher level and infusing our culture with a new energy. Allegro’s professional, individualized approach to fitness encompasses the “whole person”, not just diet and exercise. Allegro coaches consistently use a caring and understanding approach and are able to inspire and motivate their “clients” to accomplish things that they never imagined were possible. The coaches were able to share their extensive knowledge of physical fitness and nutrition in practical and non-threatening ways that motivated participants to hold themselves accountable to achieve positive results on so many different health factors, including strength, endurance, weight loss, blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels.
