While Bootcamp may sound pretty intense, we do cater classes to ALL fitness levels. We have some of the best, most energetic and most experienced trainers in town…and they’re all pumped to work out with you! Our outdoor bootcamp classes includes intervals of cardio and strength to maximize calorie burn and fat loss. No workout is the same and classes do progress each week.
All Bootcamp programs include the following:
- Pre & post assessments (weight, inches, body fat, endurance, strength)
- Nutrition tracking and meal planning tips
- Awards Ceremony to celebrate YOU and all of our accomplishments in the program!
