What is Spartan SGX you ask? It is the official proprietary training system for Spartan Race, emphasizing foundational body weight movements and time-based training. In an SGX class you will bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint, squat and twist. Sounds fun, right?
We run our SGX Program in 6-week increments and class meets 3x/week. Please note there are two different locations involved, Allegro Coaching on Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM, Fridays @ 6:00 PM and the Saturday workouts will be outside of the studio, location to be announced prior to the Saturday workout.
