Our large group classes are the BEST in town and we offer not just a ton of variety, but maximum results!  We encourage you to take not just one, but multiple classes to achieve your fitness results.

Classes can fit up to 24 participants (see online schedule) but also require a minimum of 5 people per class to run.  If there are not enough registered participants to hold class, those that are signed up will be notified 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time via text message, phone call and/or email.

A-Fit

Come ready for a great heart-pumping workout with Allegro Functional Integrated Training (A-FIT)! This class draws inspiration from multiple training methods (HIIT, Circuit, AMRAP, EMOM, partner work and team work) to deliver a high intensity interval workout designed to confuse the muscles into developing a stronger, toned, fit physique….Allegro style! We change our class format every class (no boring routines of doing the same thing over and over again) and you’re guaranteed a challenging and fun full-body workout that will keep your muscles and mind sharp!

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Great bodies aren’t born, they are transformed, using the proven BODYPUMP™ formula: THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. BODYPUMP™ is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

Boxing

Train like a fighter without the fight!  Boxing is a high-energy workout that improves muscle function, coordination, speed, agility, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. We’ll teach you proper stance, technique and drills that are safe, effective and down-right tough on calories. Each class can use a combination of jump rope work, heavy bag work, focus mitt work, strength training and cardio intervals.

This class is great for those who want a healthy outlet for managing stress in a safe and supportive environment. Please note that this class contains NO sparring.

*The beginner boxing class is a pre-requisite to this class if you haven’t taken a boxing class before. Personal heavy bag gloves and wraps are required for this class and are available at the studio for purchase.  Please see our online schedule for beginner boxing classes.  

Circuit Boxing

Heavy bag, focus mitt, speed bag, kick pad and cardio and strength conditioning work are all part of this great boxing class! Mix it up by focusing you efforts on different targets and see your technique, skill and strength soar!

Circuit Training

Get ready to sweat it out with intense intervals of strength and cardio moves to maximize your results!  Each circuit training class is designed to bring something different, so we ask that you be ready to bring it too!  Each station will cater to ALL fitness levels and thrive on variety, as well as total body conditioning.

CXWORX™

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Cycling

Cycling is a traditional, fast-paced cardio workout sure to get your heart-rate soaring! An eclectic mix of music will give you the energy and motivation needed to steadily climb the hills and power through the sprints. Our instructors will take you an authentic cycling experience on new Schwinn Performance Pro AC bikes. Space is limited to 15, so preregistration is required. Wait-listing is available, so be sure to sign up in advance!

GRIT™

LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric, strength and cardio-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. These workouts are scheduled as strength, cardio and athletic.  In class you can plan on using weights, your bodyweight and/or a bench and combines to increase to build a lean and athletic body.

*Many GRIT classes do involve explosive jumping movements.  Please note that you can modify the moves to take the jump out.

HIGH Fitness

EROBICS is Back!
Bigger, Better, HIGHer!

HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results! HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. Get addicted to being fit!

Intro to Boxing

This class is a pre-requisite for our regular Boxing class.  Join one of our certified instructors for 55 minutes of introduction technique.  Technique work includes the jab, cross, hook, upper-cut, foot work and stance. Intro classes are scheduled every 2 weeks.  Please check our class schedule on Mindbody for current dates/times.

*The purchase of hand wraps is required for this class.  These are available at the studio for $12 (+tax).  Gloves may be borrowed for the first class, but you must purchase your own gloves after the first class. 

Strength

Strength training is the key to building muscle and losing fat – a balanced, low impact approach to resistance training, we use light to moderate hand weights at higher repetition for a total body workout.  Instructors pay close attention to form and function by alternating combinations of reps, sets, exercises, resistance and force to achieve muscle fatigue.  This class is suitable for all skill levels.

TRX

Make your body a machine with the TRX.  Suspension training (using your body as resistance) will increase your definition, strength and core stability.  Perfect for the beginner who wants to get ripped NOW or the elite athlete who wants to improve overall performance.  Enjoy TRX fused with some of our other top formats for the ultimate work out.
