Our large group classes are the BEST in town and we offer not just a ton of variety, but maximum results!  We encourage you to take not just one, but multiple classes to achieve your fitness results.

Classes can fit up to 24 participants (see online schedule) but also require a minimum of 5 people per class to run.  If there are not enough registered participants to hold class, those that are signed up will be notified 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time via text message, phone call and/or email.

BOX

Boxing is a high-energy workout that improves muscle function, coordination, speed, agility, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. We’ll teach you proper stance, technique and drills that are safe, effective and down-right tough on calories. Each class can use a combination of jump roping, heavy bag work, focus mitt work, strength training and cardio intervals.

This class is great for those who want a healthy outlet for managing stress in a safe and supportive environment. This class contains NO sparring.

*The beginner boxing class is a pre-requisite to this class if you haven’t taken a boxing class before. Personal heavy bag gloves and wraps are required for this class and are available at the studio for purchase.  Please see our online schedule for beginner boxing classes.  

CORE

Our CORE training focuses on strengthening and conditioning the core muscles surrounding the middle of the body: the abdomen, hips, pelvis and lower back. Our CORE workout that your body weight, resistance tubing and weights to tighten and tone your midsection.

FLOW

Mindful Vinyasa Yoga is all about linking breath and movement. This class allows modifications for all levels with a focus on building strength and flexibility. Enjoy this class slow flowing class as a compliment to your current workout schedule.

FUSE

FUSE is a low-impact, yet total body workout that combines strength, conditioning, flexibility, balance and mobility.In this class you’ll experience a fusion of traditional strength training with sparks of barre, pilates and yoga. We’ve fused all of these elements into 1 class, giving you a well-rounded experience for both your mind & body! FUSE is appropriate for all fitness levels and will be sure to build heat in the muscle and ignite your performance!

HIIT

HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts are defined as short, intense, unsustainable bursts of physical activity, paired with intervals of quick rests. HIIT training can increase metabolism, reduce insulin resistance, improve cardiac function and produce faster gains in endurance levels than steady state cardio training. HIIT workouts can use barbell, dumbbells, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

HIGH

HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results! HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. Get addicted to being fit!

K2

K2 is our Kettlebell Kickboxing combination workout and this high energy class will push you to reach new levels of fitness training! K2 is a challenging fusion of strength & mobility using the kettlebells with the strength & cardio of kickboxing on the heavy bags. This class combines tabata-style kettlebell strength training with heart-pumping kickboxing and bag training to give you a total body workout. Challenge yourself to train your body like you’ve never done before!

LIFT

LIFT is a balanced approach to strength training to help strengthen your entire body. LIFT is a results-driven format and uses a variety of equipment to build muscular strength and endurance.
Instructors pay close attention to form and function by alternating combinations of reps, sets, exercises, resistance, and force to achieve muscle fatigue. This class is suitable for all skill levels.

REP

REP is is a results driven, high rep strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, dumbbells and body weight. REP will challenge all your muscle groups taking you through a warm-up, legs, chest, back, triceps, biceps, legs (again), shoulders, core and a cool down.
Barbell/weight workouts are an important compliment to cardio and condition the whole body and helps achieve increased bone density, maximum fat-burning and muscular endurance.
REP is for everyone, but the intensity of REP depends on how much weight you add to the bar. Our advice is to start light…you can always increase the weight later!

RIDE

RIDE is a traditional, fast-paced cardio cycling workout sure to get your heart-rate soaring! An eclectic mix of music will give you the energy and motivation needed to steadily climb the hills and power through the sprints. Our instructors will take you an authentic cycling experience on Schwinn Performance Pro AC bikes. Space is limited to 15, so preregistration is required. Wait-listing is available, so be sure to sign up in advance!

RX

RX is designed to develop muscular strength and endurance. Each RX class includes a warm-up, strength, endurance, and flexibility to develop a stronger and more toned physique. RX focuses on split muscle group days so you will not be hitting the same muscle groups every day of the week. The RX program design will help promote proper training and recovery to maximize performance and minimize injury.

Intro to Boxing

This class is a pre-requisite for our regular Boxing class.  Join one of our certified instructors for 55 minutes of introduction technique.  Technique work includes the jab, cross, hook, upper-cut, foot work and stance. Intro classes are scheduled every 2 weeks.  Please check our class schedule on Mindbody for current dates/times.

*The purchase of hand wraps is required for this class.  These are available at the studio for $12 (+tax).  Gloves may be borrowed for the first class, but you must purchase your own gloves after the first class.
