Weigh Beyond– 12 Weeks
Weigh Beyond is a 12-Week weight loss program that can be delivered onsite, online or a combination of both. Group size is limited to 15 participants or less so it feels personalized every step of the way. You’ll receive (1) facilitator from Allegro Coaching who will be your personal coach from beginning to end. Weigh Beyond doesn’t “tell” you what you should eat. Instead, it helps you learn what you should eat and WHY. Once you have that knowledge, you will be in full control over the food choices you make.
Leadership Training – 6 Weeks
Success is not a destination. It is a process – a lifelong strategy of building on strengths, minimizing weaknesses, and focusing on the people and points of life that are most important. In this course, we’ll help you understand the keys you need to build leadership for life. Whether you are a civil servant or a corporate executive, you will achieve great things by understanding four very important success building areas: Relationships, Equipping, Attitude, and Leadership.
Mindful Nutrition – 8 Weeks
Life is complex. Understanding nutrition is just as complex. This course takes us through the craze of the fad diets all around us and builds the foundation of what nutrients our bodies actually need to prevent disease. There is no “one size fits all” diet but there are fundamentals we can all build on. Enjoy practical tips for meal planning, food marketing, making healthy food taste good, curbing cravings, building immunity and building energy for the long haul!
Communications Course–6 Weeks
If you want to succeed, you must learn how to connect with people. And while it may seem like some folks are just born with it, the fact is anyone can learn how to make every communication an opportunity for a powerful connection. The ability to connect with others is a major determining factor in reaching your full potential. It’s no secret! Connecting is a skill you can learn and apply in your personal, professional, and family relationships- and you can start now by taking this course.
Grief Course – 6 Weeks
This course is relevant to all of us, whether our grief is from loss of life or loss of normalcy. Change is the one constant we all feel these days; we add new and we let go of the old. Join our team of behavioral therapists as we walk you through the spiritual, psychological, social, and
physical aspects of grief; the nature of care and the needs of the dying; the grieving process; healing from grief and loss; and cultural differences in response to death and grief.
Self-Care & Meditation Course – 6 Weeks
Wellness is about more than just exercise and nutrition. We must learn how to slow down to reboot both our cognitive and physical energy for long term health. This course is specifically for individuals who have a hard time understanding the benefits of meditation or keeping a practice in place. We will slowly build habits over the course of six weeks and break down the foundations of meditation, the power of intention setting and the health benefits associated with meditation.
